Coming soon for Mac

Trip on a line, say it again.
Your redos get cut for you.

Eyeline is a teleprompter for Mac that records you while you read, then cuts the flubs, redos and long pauses.

One-time purchase. No subscription. No account.

The Eyeline window in Write mode with a script called Welcome to Eyeline, two hook variants and the script body, with the prompter under the MacBook camera notch above it.

The film

See Eyeline in under three minutes.

Write, record, review and export, start to finish.

Features

Built for people who talk to a camera.

Reads under your camera

The prompter sits under the MacBook notch, so your eyes stay next to the lens while you record.

Follows your voice

Word tracking runs on your Mac and keeps your place as you speak.

Say it again

Restart a line and Eyeline jumps back with you. The rough cut keeps your last attempt.

Captions spelled right

SRT and VTT captions use the exact words of your script.

Export to your editor

A finished video, or a timeline to keep editing.

A rough cut, automatically

Every take is analyzed in the background. The waveform shows what was kept and what was cut, and the best take is picked for you.

How it works

Four steps, one sitting.

  1. 01

    Write

Write or import your script, with chapters, slide cues and pauses.

The Write view: a script with chapters, a smile cue and a pause marker, two hooks labeled A and B, and a length bar that reads 0:31, a good length for a Reel.
  2. 02

    Record

Read it under the notch. Trip on a line? Say it again.

The prompter under the camera notch, with the current word underlined on the reading line.
The card shown after a take: Hook A, Take 3. Score 100, 1 redo cut, 169 wpm on pace, 100% of script read, with Record Again and Next Section buttons.
  3. 03

    Review

See what was kept and what was cut. The best take is picked for you.

Three take cards with waveforms, each showing a score, the time recorded and how many redos were cut.
  4. 04

    Export

Post a finished video, or open a timeline in your editor.

The Export panel: Rough Cut with redos, flubs and long pauses cut out. Ready to post: finished video and captions. Keep editing: Premiere Pro XML, Final Cut Pro and DaVinci Resolve FCPXML, OpenTimelineIO and EDL.

Made for Mac

Your script, right under the lens.

Read every word without looking away. When you're done, the redos are already gone.
